Exact Recruitment Services is committed to providing its temporary employees with sound training and knowledge in all areas of OH&S. As a prospective temporary employee you will be required to complete an application form, a medical questionnaire, read our OH&S manual and watch a DVD specifically addressing manual handling prior to being interviewed.

During the interview the consultant will assess suitability for various roles based on your past skills and experience, knowledge and training as well as your preferred types of employment. A major part of the interview process involves discussing the OH&S manual in more detail with you. You will then be asked to complete a questionnaire to ensure all learning outcomes have been achieved.

If there are any areas where you are not proficient the consultant will discuss these with you to ensure you have full understanding before you are sent on an assignment. Once this level of proficiency is achieved, you will then sign an Induction Confirmation form.
