Exact Recruitment Services was established in 1998 by co-directors Roseanne Riegler and Margaret Harris to meet the demand for a professional service that delivers quality and value backed with industry knowledge. Our offices are located in Mascot (servicing the Eastern Suburbs), Dee Why (servicing the Northern Suburbs) and Westmead (servicing the Western Suburbs).

Roseanne Riegler, MBA

Roseanne is a recruitment professional who applies more than 15 years of industry experience to source the right candidate for you. Her tenacious pursuit of excellence is reflected in Exact Recruitment which today sets the highest standard for customer service in the recruitment industry.

With a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and as a graduate from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Roseanne applies a practical approach combined with sound strategic thinking to solve your recruitment challenges.

Margaret Harris

Margaret’s focus on building long term client relationships has helped to put the company firmly on the map as the recruitment partner of choice. Her career has incorporated training in HR Management, OH&S specialisation and the Australian Institute of Company Directors’ course.

Margaret is an OH&S expert who is on the Board of the RCSA’s OH&S Committee. She offers you valuable advice and up-to-the-minute proficiency in OH&S issues that affect your business whatever industry you are in.
