Temporary Staff

Taking on temporary staff is a great way to solve short and long term staffing shortages caused by anything from seasonal fluctuations, absences due to annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave, special events or any other situation unique to your workplace.

Temporary staff are employed by Exact Recruitment. We pay their wages in accordance with appropriate Awards or AWA’s, Superannuation, Worker’s Compensation Insurance, Payroll Tax and all other statutory requirements.

The benefit for clients is the convenience of receiving one weekly invoice for the total cost of the temporary staff knowing that all of the complicated administration has already been taken care of by Exact Recruitment.

Permanent Staff
